All appointments 20% gratuity is added. Must cancel within 72 hours of service or you'll be charged 100% of your services including tax and gratiuity. All parties ( 2 or more people) must cancel within 72 hours or full appointment will be charged. Absolutely no refunds for pre-paid appointments or deposits. Any new client cancelling multiple appointments in a row (even with notice) will be charged for the appointment. When parties are booked for specific services and total number of clients for the party they will still be charged even if the number of clients change after appointment has been booked and deposits paid. This is to protect our technicians time and schedule for pre bookings.
